JRPC BOWLING PIN

Bowling pin shooting is great fun. There are many different variations on the number and how the pins are arranged on the tables as well as the kinds of guns used.

At JRPC's matches we generally set 5 pins on a rail and a distance of 8 to 10 yards. At the start signal the competitor clears all the pins from the rail as quickly as possible. This is done five times. The highest time is thrown out and the remaining aggregate score is the competitor's final score. No holster is required. Minimum centerfire pistol calibers are 9mm or .38 Special. When interest dictates we can also run these with shotguns, rimfire pistols and rimfire rifles.
